Mediation is a valuable service for resolving conflicts related to estates and general civil disputes. Whitney is a Georgia Court Certified mediator and uses the facilitative and transformative mediation styles. As a mediator, our goal is to facilitate communication between parties, helping them understand each other's perspectives and reach a mutually agreeable solution. Our approach is transformative, focusing on healing relationships and supporting collaborative decision-making.
We believe in the power of mediation to transform conflicts and build stronger, more harmonious relationships. By providing a neutral and supportive environment, we help parties navigate their disputes and find resolutions that honor their needs and interests. Whitney is available to mediate pre-litigation matters and some matters currently pending. There is a 2-hour minimum and $100.00/day administrative fee for all mediations.
