Revocable Living Trust Packages
Our Trust Package adds a living trust to the Will based package. Included documents are:
- Revocable Living Trust (including Certification of Trust and trust funding guide)
- Pour-over Will
- Healthcare Power of Attorney ("living will")
- Financial Power of Attorney
This package begins with electronic questionnaires to gather the necessary information and includes on-going one-on-one communication and support to establish the trust and identify assets to fund the trust.
After virtual review of all documents, we’ll arrange an in-person session to finalize and execute the documents, providing one revision per document within 30 days of execution. This package is designed to be comprehensive, giving you peace of mind that your affairs are in order.
